The Institut Paul Bocuse from Ecully in France
is now equipped with the Precision wine cabinet,
a joined design by Olivier Poussier & VinoSafe.
It's one of the most prestigious training centre
for hotels/restaurants staff. Paul Bocuse founded
this school, now chaired by Gérard Pellisson,
one of the 2 Accor founders. The students will
be initiated to the appropriate conservation and
service of great wines.
VinoSafe also becomes one of the official partners
of the Maison de la Dégustation that gathers
prestigious companies of the wine business.
