| Right
in the ALSACE WINE REGION |
|
It is not randomnly that VinoSafe
chose wine cellars and accessories to diversify
its activities 15 years ago.
We are a few miles off the famous Route du Vin,
neighboring Colmar, the capital of Centre Alsace.
Everyday we meet wine professionals. They give us
ideas and transfer their love for vines and wines. |
| on
the edge of 3 countries... |
|
| It's
not only a wine region but also a
multi border area. 3 countries are
within a near walking distance: Switzerland,
Germany and France.
Hence
our enthusisam for cross border contacts.
Since
we were borne, we evolve in the world
of international commerce and business.
|
|
|
| This
company lies on deep foundations.
It started in the 1930ies to assist Alsatian
farmers in crop automatization. It developed
in harmony and regularity from a small mechanic
shop to a medium size company with exports
all over the world.
But the handyman know-how remains. Here
you will always find someone to listen to
a change or improvement request.

A
long tradition of air control in enclosed spaces |
Since
30 years VinoSafe has acquired a real expertise
in buiding well insulated enclosed spaces,
in which the air temperature and hygrometry
are well controlled.
If
VinoSafe is the 1st wine cellar and cabinet
manufacturer to guarantee an average humidity
level of 70% in all its products, it is
surely due to this long industrial history
that has enabled this company to master
since a long time the process of re-humidification.
When placing an order at our company, you
trust a real industrial manufacturer, mastering
its technologies. |

A PASSION FOR COMPUTERS AND WEB APPLICATIONS
|
|
| The
wine accessories resale activity (formarly
"Vinosafe Privilèges")
did not have the critical mass to
withstand printing and mailing tens
of thousands of catalogues.
Mid
2003 the VinoSafe decided to move
into a 100% Web based strategy and
to dedicate an e-commerce platform
to this purpose... and VinoSafe was
borne.
When
you order to us, you entrust a true
e-commerce professional.

| FROM
A FamilY BUSINESS TO AN International
GROUP |
|
| During
the summer of 2003, the Muller family sold
its company to Jean-Denis Budin, a former
Alcatel executive. The wine cellars sales
accounted for 15% of the overall cativity
at that time. They have since been multiplied
by 3 in 3 years. But, within the same tume
frame, the main business, i.e. tobacco dryers,
collapsed, following significant changes
in the Common Agricultural Policy of the
E.U..
After
a major industrial and financial restructuring
to focus only on wine cellars, VinoSafe
amalgamated in March 2007 within Climadiff,
the major palyer of wine cabinets distributed
in retail stores (45 of the French market).

| CRAFTSMANSHIP
and industrialization |
|
| VinoSafe
is quite unique in the
world of wine cellars
manufacturers:
- Mastering all manufacturing
phases: from steel cuting/stamping,
polyuretane foaming,
cabling, wood carving,
to computerized testing
within a tropicalized
chamber, we can do everything
in our plant. This is
a key help to create
new products.
- Synergies with our
other activities: wine
cellars are close to
the dryers we manufacture
and design. Our staff
is therefore multi-skilled.
This gives us plenty
of flexibility.
- No excessive automatization/robotization:
unlike a fridge manufacturer,
we do not depend on
a highly automated process.
Our production batches
can therefore be adapted
for small customized
manufacturing batches.
