TO GENERATE COLD AIR? |

universal system...
- Refrigeration has not yet seen (...)
the same revolution as microwaves have
been to the cooking industry. For decades
the same old principle: a closed circuit
is created, a gas is injected once and
for all, th gas is compressed and then
de-compressed. This gradual d"ecompression
absorbs calories and generate cold.
- All refrigerators and cooling units
operate this way, except a few very cost
deficient examples (significantly higher
power consumption).
- Thanks to parameters variation (gas
choice, pressure, etc...) you dedicate
a system to a specific use (around -10°C
for a freezer, +5°C for a fridge and
+12°C for a wine cellar/cabinet).
- But this technology without specific
actions and systems generate a dry air
ambiance, very detrimental to wine maturation
(drying corks...) Only a manufacturer
with specific know-how of the wine maturation
will offer the adequate system for your
bottles.
